Life, for some, begins at a late stage, in which the challenges faced are greater than obstacles encountered much
earlier in a dating phase. As an older Adult, I always sense a disconnect in conversations held with potential suitors, possibly due to expectations of the end result, which is at times, a deliberate decision from both of us , to cease conversing. How delightful it would be, to be compatible within a short period of time, with a potential interest without reservations. The most important aspects in the process involve a determination to recognize red flags, the will to disregard minor flaws, the patience that allows for a proper assessment of the connection, and the decision to accept a leap of faith. Those of us, out there, whose need for companionship may be hindered with any sorts of depressing thoughts should realize that our ability to breathe alone, ought to raise our consciousness to the possibility of success in dating again.
